The Hidrofit-CP Lift

The Hidrofit CP lift is certified in accordance with EEC Machinery Directives 89/392-98/37 and 95/16 (no. 1, Art. 2.2), and Decree 72/1992 of the Junta de Andalusia, which officially approves the technical regulations governing Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities and the elimination of architectural and urban barriers.

It is a conventional lift, manufactured in accordance with the regulations specified in 81-21, specifically dedicated to existing buildings.

SAFETY

Emergency button on board and in the well.
Thermal protection for the motor.
Protection against over- travel.
Micro switch to protect against loose cables.
Emergency batteries return lift to the ground floor and provide 2 hours of autonomic use in the event of a mains power failure or
Door lock certified in accordance with to EEC Directive 84/529 86/312.
Lift parachute (approved in accordance with EEC Directives 84/529 and 86/312) which acts on the guides.
Doors can be unlocked from the outside with a special key.
Artificial well of 1 meter.
Lowering control valve, parachute valve integrated in the cylinder, speed check valve.
Hydraulic pressure limiter (hydraulic only).
Emergency descent from the ground floor.
Manual pump and pressure switch (hydraulic only).

INSTALLATION

The Customer is responsible for the electrical installation.
Installation of exterior land line for telephone.

ELECTRICAL LINE: Carried out in accordance with Regulation UNI EN 60204.
SPACE REQUIRED: Minimum of 1010 mm x 1050 mm (except in special cases).
ENCLOSURE: Enclosure on-site or self-supporting structure.
OVERHEAD: Minimum of 3200 mm (except in special cases).
PIT: 1.0 m (MINIMUM).
STOPS: Maximum travel of 21.5 m for hydraulic type and 36 m for electrical type.
SPEED: High speed 1 m/s or 0.63 m/s, low speed 0.25 m/s.
BUTTON PANEL: Automatic-touch control. Button panel can be set at any height and can include buttons in Braille.
MACHINE ROOM: With machine room, external cabinet or everything included within the empty space underneath.
DIMENSIONS OF THE CABIN: Minimum 80 cm x 60 cm (except in special cases).
CABIN FINISH: Skinplate, glass, stainless steel, cabin final touches in stainless steel mirror finish and 24W halogen ceiling lights.
CABIN DOOR: Telescopic doors of two or three leaves.
CABIN DOOR FINISH: Skinplate or glass.
EXTERNAL DOORS ON EACH FLOOR: Telescopic doors of two or three leaves.
FINISH ON EXTERNAL DOORS ON EACH FLOOR: Skinplate or glass.
PAYLOAD: From 375 to 2000 kilos.
CAPACITY: Up to 8 Persons
