The EVP-SPIN is a lift designed to eliminate architectural barriers at entrances with level differences, especially in residential buildings, commercial premises, and urban environments where installing a conventional elevator is not feasible. It is a single-arm lateral stairlift with a double-folding platform—a compact and functional solution that combines accessibility, safety, and minimal visual impact.
The platform measures 800 × 725 mm, allowing comfortable use by wheelchair users, people with reduced mobility, or companions. At the lower boarding position, the platform floor is level with the pavement and includes ramps that facilitate access and adapt to uneven sidewalk slopes.
The system operates electrically with rechargeable batteries, ensuring functionality even in the event of a power outage. It only requires a standard 230 V connection for recharging. The lift incorporates three independent electric motors: one for lifting and lowering via an articulated arm, another for operating the ramps, and a third for folding and unfolding the platform. Optionally, an additional motor can be included for horizontal movement of the base, improving access at both levels.
Control is carried out via constant-pressure push buttons, with an integrated control panel on the platform and call stations at landings. Additional options include a key switch to restrict use and a remote control. The structure is made of electro-welded steel with an epoxy paint finish, ensuring strength, durability, and low maintenance.
